Depending on the time of day, and traffic conditions, the average travel time from the airport to Atlantis or Paradise Island is between 30 and 45 minutes.
Do you serve hotels other than Atlantis?
Yes we do. In addition to Atlantis, we service Baha Mar guests, Warwick, RIU, Four Seasons, Albany, Comfort Suites, Hilton, Margaritaville, Breezes and all hotels and vacation rentals.
Do you provide only private airport transportation or can I book a shared shuttle?
We provide both private and shared airport transportation. Private Airport Transportation serves any location on the island, whereas Shared Shuttles serve only the major hotels.
Where do I meet my driver when I arrive at the airport?
Once you have cleared Immigration, collected your bags from Baggage Claim, and then clear Customs, please proceed to the exit of the arrival terminal. Your driver/airport greeter will be at the exit doors with a sign with your name on it
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct flight number as we will be tracking your flight. We will automatically adjust your pick up time for the updated arrival time.
What time should I schedule my pick up from the Nassau Airport?
Please advise of your expected flight arrival time as your pick up time. This can change as flights can be delayed or arrive early. We will be tracking your flight. We will then take in account a minimum of 20 minutes to 45 minutes for you to clear Immigration and Customs.
Can I pay cash for my airport transportation?
We require all transportation requests to be prepaid via credit/debit card or wire.
Can I tip my chauffeur in U.S. Dollars?
Yes you may tip your Chauffeur for great service in U.S Dollars. U.S Dollars are used interchangeably with Bahamian dollars throughout the islands. For e.g $20 U.S has the same value as $20 Bahamian Dollars.
Do you provide any services other than airport transportation?
Yes we do! Passengers who booked Airport Transportation with us receive 10% Discount when they book a Private Nassau Tour. We also provide On Island Transportation any where in Nassau/Paradise Island.
