Do you only provide private transportation from Nassau Aiport to Baha Mar or can I book a shared shuttle?
Yes. We provide both private and shared transfers.
Where do I meet my driver for my transportation when I arrive at the airport?
Once you deplane, you will first go through Immigration, then onto Baggage Claims and finally Customs. When done, please proceed to the exit doors of the arrival terminal where you will be greeted by your chauffeur or airport greeter with a sign with your name on it.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
During the booking process, you will be asked to provide your flight information. Please be sure that the information is correct as we will be tracking it. We will adjust your pick up accordingly for the updated arrival time.
I'd like to pay cash for my transportation. Can I do that?
All service requests must be prepaid with a debit/credit card or wire transfer.
When booking online, what time should I set as my pick up time from the airport?
Please set you scheduled flight arrival time as your pick up time. We will account for 20 -45 minutes for Immigration and Customs Clearance.
Can I tip my chauffeur in U.S Dollars?
Yes you may tip in U.S. Dollars. U.S Dollars and Bahamian Dollars are used interchangeably throughout the islands. For e.g U.S $20 has the same value as Bahamian $20.
